Overview
Distribution boards sit between the main PCC and the final circuits. A main lighting distribution board (MLDB) or power distribution board (PDB) feeds a building or block; sub distribution boards (SDB) and final DBs feed individual floors, wards or areas.
We build to your circuit schedule, with an MCCB or ACB incomer, MCCB and MCB outgoings, and earth leakage protection where the circuit needs it. Boards are labelled and ferruled to the circuit schedule so your electricians can trace every feeder.

Built and tested in-house
We cut, bend, weld and powder-coat the enclosures in our own workshop, then assemble and wire every panel to drawings you approve before fabrication starts. Before dispatch each panel goes through high-voltage, insulation resistance and functional tests, and your team is welcome to witness them.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an MLDB, PDB and SDB?
An MLDB (main lighting distribution board) feeds lighting circuits across a building. A PDB (power distribution board) feeds power loads such as sockets, AC units and machines. An SDB (sub distribution board) is fed from either and serves a smaller area.
Do you make single-phase and three-phase boards?
Yes. We build three-phase MLDBs and PDBs up to 1600 A and single- and three-phase final DBs, all to your circuit schedule.
Can you add metering for each tenant?
Yes. We fit kWh or multifunction meters per outgoing feeder, with optional Modbus output to your BMS or billing system.
